في إطار تشجيع مبادرات الجامعة للمساهمة في اثراء النقاش الأكاديمي حول المدرسة المغربية، قمت تنشيط أشغال ندوة وطنية احتضنتها كلية علوم التربية بالرباط بشراكة مع المرصد الوطني للتنمية البشرية، حول موضوع: مدارس الريادة: سؤال النموذج ورهانات التحول التربوي
وقد شكلت هذه الندوة فرصة لتبادل الرؤى والخبرات حول:
🔹 الأسس المرجعية لنموذج مدارس الريادة
🔹 الابتكار البيداغوجي وتحسين جودة التعلمات
🔹 دور الأستاذ والمواكبة المهنية
🔹 الحكامة التربوية وبناء الشراكات
🔹 الأثر والاستدامة وآفاق التعميم
وقد تميزت هذه الندوة بغنى النقاش وتفاعل المشاركين، حيث أتاح التنشيط التفاعلي إبراز تعدد وجهات النظر وتكاملها، بما أسهم في تعميق التفكير الجماعي حول شروط نجاح هذا النموذج الإصلاحي.

🔵 National Conference on the “Pioneer Schools” Model in Morocco
As part of the university’s commitment to encourge initiatives that enrich academic debate on the Moroccan school system, I had the privilege of moderating a national conference hosted by the Faculty of Education Sciences in Rabat, in partnership with the National Observatory for Human Development, on the theme:
“Pioneer Schools: The Question of the Model and the Challenges of Educational Transformation.”
This conference provided a valuable platform for sharing perspectives and expertise on several key dimensions of the reform, including:
🔹 The conceptual and policy foundations of the Pioneer Schools model
🔹 Pedagogical innovation and improving the quality of learning
🔹 The role of teachers and professional support
🔹 Educational governance and partnership building
🔹 Impact, sustainability, and prospects for scaling up
The conference was marked by rich and engaging discussions, where the interactive facilitation helped to highlight diverse perspectives on the conditions for the success of this reform model.
